This is an issue on your pc do the following :
Go to your local disk drive.
Delete the folder with random numbers and letter (Note: The randomized letters and numbers will be different for each user and if you are not seeing it it is because you cobalt hasnt loaded successfully once on your pc go to the next step).
Delete all paste cobalt loaders you have.
Clear your recycle bin.
Restart your pc.
Redownload -> Client.exe
